When should I place my order to receive it before the holidays?
To help ensure your gifts arrive on time, please place your order before December 9, 2026.

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur during the holiday season due to a higher volume of orders. We recommend placing your holiday orders well in advance to account for potential carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.

Can a gift note, gift wrapping, or a Kith shopping bag be included in my order?

At this time, we don't offer gift wrapping on our products. However, we do sell wrapping paper separately (while supplies last) so you can package your items yourself.

Holiday Retail Return Policy

Will there be an extended return window for holiday in-store retail purchases?
We will be offering a return extension for the 2026 holiday season. Any purchase made in our London store location from December 1st until December 25, 2026, is eligible for a return through January 11, 2027. Exclusions apply for final sale items. Returns requested after that date will be refused.
